Toronto Event Producer, Experiential Events & Brand Activations

Experiential events and brand activations produced end-to-end from Toronto, with the taste of a creative director and the operational rigour of a producer.

I'm Dunsin Bashir, a Toronto-based event producer with a background in creative direction. I produce experiential events, brand activations and cultural programming where every detail, atmosphere, environment, talent, production, is designed with the same care as the concept.

My work as producer of Heritage Entertainment's F.Archives series has taken me to Calgary and Birmingham as well as Toronto. The through-line is events that feel curated rather than assembled.

(02)Approach

How an event production engagement runs

01

Concept & experience design

The event is designed around a clear creative intention, what the guest feels, sees and remembers. That intention becomes the brief that every subsequent decision answers to.

02

Creative direction & production planning

Visual identity, spatial design, programming, run of show, timelines, budgets, the creative and the operational built in parallel so nothing gets discovered on the day.

03

Venue, vendor & talent coordination

Venue selection across Toronto, vendor sourcing, contracts, talent booking, and coordination across the full production team leading into the event.

04

Technical production & on-site management

AV, lighting, staging, crew calls, run-of-show ownership, and calm on-the-ground management so the client can be present at their own event.

05

Documentation & final content

Photo and film capture during the event, edited and delivered as social-ready and long-form content to extend the event's life beyond the night itself.

Ideally 8–16 weeks. Faster turnarounds are possible for smaller events but the more lead time, the more considered the final experience.
